This organization sponsors a helpful annual conference (usually in January) revolving around short-term missions.
The Fellowship of Short-Term Mission Leaders exists to bring God’s Glory to the nations by promoting increasingly effective short-term missions. FSTML hosts a superb annual conference in October at Bear Trap Ranch in Colorado to discuss the unique issues related to their roles as professional short-term mission leaders within agencies, churches, and colleges.
