Asian Access-Japan has been organized into two primary divisions in order to successfully accomplish its 20/20 vision. The first is the work of Asian Access' Japan Church Growth Institute. Through this leadership development program, six of ten scheduled Regional Training Networks have been established, training Japan's premier local church pastors. Nearly 300 pastors have completed this training program, and the majority have seen growth in their congregations. Some have joined the church multiplication movement Asian Access is trying to foster.
The second primary division of Asian Access is that of church multiplication and evangelism. Visionary pastors and congregations are teamed up with capable missionaries who are able to serve as catalysts and as resource people for helping to establish and multiply new congregations. Asian Access also runs ministries of evangelism, all of which are designed to reinforce the primary work of church multiplication.

To deploy 100 church multiplication teams
• To establish 1,000 reproducing congregations
• To enfold 1 million new followers of Christ,
• who will in turn send
• 1,000 missionaries from Japan to the cities of Asia that will be home to
• 1 billion people by the year 2020 AD
